These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the k999 platform and its players. By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration

Each player is allowed to open only one account on the k999 platform. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all such accounts will be closed and any bonuses, winnings, and remaining balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

3 Deposits

Deposits at k999 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit per transaction is 20,000 Ks. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method used.

Important notes for deposits

  • Once a transfer is made, the deposit cannot be reversed
  • Deposits are normally processed within minutes
  • Third-party payment tools (another person's KBZPay) must not be used

  • Any fees charged by the bank or payment company as a result of the deposit are the player's own responsibility

4 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal from their gaming balance. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 30,000 Ks.

Withdrawal Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In some cases where additional information needs to be verified, processing may take a little longer.

Requirements for withdrawals

  • Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits
  • If a bonus has been received, the specified wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal can be made

5 Bonus Policy

Welcome Bonus

k999 offers a 150% welcome bonus for first-time depositors, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
  • Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 720,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks

Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus may have an expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically removed.

Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player.
  • If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.
  • Abusing bonuses through multiple IP addresses or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • k999 may update bonus policies with prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games on the platform — Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Slots, Football Betting, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, Crash Game — involve wins and losses that depend on chance, and outcomes cannot be predetermined.

Fair Play

Games provided on k999 use fair game software. The outcome of each game is not visible to players in advance — it is determined solely by a technical RNG (Random Number Generator) system.

Football Betting

Players using the Football Betting service must read and understand the offered odds and markets before placing bets. k999 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds caused by technical errors.

Game Interruptions

If a game is interrupted and cannot be completed due to a technical fault, network disconnection, or other external cause, k999 will determine how that round is handled and may act beyond the player's own decision.

7 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k999 platform—

  • Using software or bots to automate gameplay
  • Exploiting game system vulnerabilities (bug exploitation)
  • Intentional bonus abuse
  • Money laundering activities
  • Harassing or threatening other players or staff
  • Using shared computers or changing VPNs to deceive other players
  • Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games

If any of these actions are suspected, k999 may immediately suspend the player's account and forfeit any remaining balance.

8 Personal Data Protection

9 Account Suspension

10 Limitation of Liability

For service delays caused by network outages, server errors, or uncontrollable external factors, k999 will do its best to resolve the issue, but will not be liable for any costs incurred in such cases.

k999 reserves the right to change or remove games, services, and promotions available on the platform without prior notice.

11 Changes to Terms

k999 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly.
